Never before as in recent years has design and technology played such importance in the production of ceramics, leading to collections that confirm the primacy of made in Italy products in their ability to recognize and anticipate new trends. Not only: whether speaking of technical or technological designer tiles, the end purpose is to link up the aesthetic and functional potential of the ceramic product to the task of sustainability. If, in fact, a trend is by its own nature destined to vary, the environmental, ethical and social goal is a constant. In this section we will attempt to create the right measure; if a tendency is a passing phenomenon and a stimulant to consumption, the winning strategy of the Italian Industry consists in creating timeless fashions, or rather, lasting aesthetical and cultural evolutions, such as with the ceramic product. This section will report on the most interesting achievements. |
